For cooking schools, yoga studios, and seminar providers who want to sell without managing technology

Booking, tickets, email, and website. One system that belongs to you.

I bring your scattered services together into one solution you can maintain yourself.

Does this sound familiar?

The tech keeps breaking.

Emails don't arrive, the form reports nothing, and the site still lists courses from last quarter.

The web person is gone.

The agency from back then no longer responds. They still have the credentials.

Admin work eats the day.

The same emails, reminders, and follow-ups by hand every week. Time your courses are missing.

The problem is rarely the individual tools. The problem is that they don't work together and that they don't belong to you.

Five building blocks, one system.

A website that sells courses instead of hiding them.

Course overview with calendar, filters, and search. Nearly full courses can be highlighted: real scarcity instead of marketing fluff.

Booking and sales in-house.

Your own ticket shop with your rules, without a per-ticket fee. Bookings happen directly on your website. Already-sold tickets migrate with you. If you want to keep your current ticketing system, I connect it.

Email organized, on your own address.

Addresses on your own domain instead of scattered mailboxes at three providers. Inquiries, bookings, and invoices cleanly separated. You find everything again, and nothing falls through.

Recurring work runs by itself.

Reminders, confirmations, invoices, and the ever-same emails run automatically, including post-booking queries such as allergies before a cooking class. You only fill in what's necessary.

One overview of everything.

Courses, bookings, and content in one place instead of five logins. You maintain everything yourself, in a few simple clicks.

Agencies build websites and stay indispensable. I build a system that works without me.

Currently in progress: a cooking school.

Before

Website in a site builder, tickets through a large provider with fees and rigid cancellation deadlines, vouchers with yet another service, email scattered across multiple providers, lots of manual work before every event.

Being built right now

Own website with course calendar, own ticket and voucher sales without a per-ticket fee, organized mailboxes, automatic reminders and invoices, one overview for the owner.

The project is underway. Numbers and a customer video will follow.

My clients get their own preview link and watch their solution grow.

How it works.

  1. Initial consultation

30 minutes, by phone or video, non-binding. Your situation, your goal, an honest assessment of whether and what is worthwhile.

  2. Assessment

What exists, what's missing, who supplies data and access.

  3. Fixed-price offer

Afterwards, both sides know exactly what it's about. What the fixed price means is listed below under the commitments.

  4. Implementation with live link and design approval

You watch at any time and give feedback early. After design approval as a fixed milestone comes fine-tuning, no more major rebuilds. That keeps the deadline and the price.

  5. Handover and training

You operate the system yourself. If you wish, I take over maintenance afterwards (operations, backups, availability) for a fixed monthly fee, cancellable monthly.

Payment in steps: deposit, partial invoice at design approval, final payment at handover. Usually finished 6–10 weeks after start.

Three clients per quarter.

I don't take on more, so every project gets my full attention. It may therefore take a while until construction starts. But the waiting time isn't lost: the initial consultation and assessment happen beforehand, so things kick off immediately.

What I commit to and what I don't.

Fixed price.
The price in the offer is the final price. The system works as shown at acceptance. If something is missing for that, it's on me, not on your invoice. New wishes beyond that I offer you separately.
You maintain content yourself.
Without needing me, in a simple interface. You can't break anything on the site.
Everything runs in your name.
Payment account, domain, and email run under your name. I am the technical administrator, not the owner.
No lock-in.
Your money and customer list always belong to you. The shared instance is plain hosting, not a bind. You receive the complete data export free of charge at any time; on request, you move to your own instance.
Data in Europe.
Your data lives on a server in Nuremberg, Germany. I deliberately choose European solutions.

Not promised: full courses or more revenue.

That also depends on offer, price, and demand. But I show you exactly which levers for it are built in.

Who this is for and who it isn't.

A fit if

  • You sell seats for courses or events with fixed dates: cooking school, yoga studio, workshops, seminars.
  • Your business is running: bookings come in, but the technology behind them costs you hours every week.

Not a fit if

  • You need your first website. A site builder is enough for that, honestly.
  • You are a large organization with its own events department. The big ticketing platforms are well suited for you.
  • You schedule individual appointments booked with you, such as coaching, consulting, or treatment. A booking tool is enough for that.

If you're unsure, feel free to book an initial consultation. I'll tell you openly whether the offer fits you.
