A website you do not have to manage yourself

I rebuild your company website and then keep it running long term. You provide the copy and images. I take care of the technology, structure, hosting, maintenance, and updates. Small changes are usually done within 2 business days.

You focus on your business.
I take care of your website.

Many small businesses maintain their website themselves. That takes time, creates frustration, and leads to outdated content. My job is to make sure your website runs reliably, looks professional, and stays up to date.

Important: You provide the content. I do not run ad campaigns, and I do not manage social media. If something goes beyond the agreed scope, it becomes a separate project with a clear boundary.

I do not maintain existing websites. I rebuild your site and then take responsibility for operating and maintaining it.

One point of contact, clear ownership
Outcome: No coordination overhead and no ticket systems to deal with.
How: Direct communication, clear agreements, one responsible person.
Updates when you need them
Outcome: Opening hours, team info, copy, and small fixes stay current.
How: Small updates that can be implemented, including a visual check, in under 30 minutes are usually done within 2 business days.
Fast, stable, and low maintenance
Outcome: Fewer technical issues and fewer outages caused by plugin chains.
How: A lean, custom built website without a page builder. Static generation where it makes sense.
Mobile friendly and accessible
Outcome: Your site works reliably on phone, tablet, and desktop.
How: Solid semantics, clear user flow, good readability, and keyboard support.
Hosting, maintenance, and monitoring
Outcome: Predictable operations with no surprises.
How: Backups, updates, and technical monitoring. Critical issues are treated with priority.
Clear handover and ownership
Outcome: Less uncertainty about dependency and responsibilities.
How: Your domain stays with you, your content is yours. If you cancel, I provide your content in a consolidated export for reuse.

Scope, clearly defined

Rebuild of your company website
I rebuild your site from scratch with a clear structure, a professional look, and solid technology. I do not take existing websites into ongoing maintenance.
Day to day care
I keep your website current and working. You request changes, I implement them. Typical updates are copy, images, opening hours, or team information.
Small updates with a clear definition
Included are updates that can be implemented, including a visual check, in under 30 minutes, for example updating content, adding a team member, or adding a new subpage within the existing format.
Larger changes as a separate project
New main pages, new data structures, new components, new features, or a redesign are not part of the ongoing care. Those are handled separately, with a staging environment for approval when needed.
Technical foundations
Responsive layout, strong load times, clean metadata, sensible URLs, and semantic structure as the default.
Forms and contact flow
Contact forms with a clear call to action. Spam protection via a self hosted CAPTCHA solution.
Optional: traffic analytics
If you want, I can set up website analytics. Setup is one time, ongoing use is optional.
Not included
Writing your content, ad campaigns, social media management, extensive concept work, legal responsibility for content, or promises of specific outcomes.
Who it is for
A good fit if: You want one responsible person, you do not have time for page builders and plugins, and you need a reliable company website that is operated cleanly over time.
Not a fit if: You expect very frequent changes like a part time role, you are continuously planning new features, or you want ongoing maintenance for an existing website.

The collaboration process in detail

1. Kickoff and goal setting
We align on target audience, the core message, and the primary action on the website. That defines the baseline for structure and design.
2. Content and preparation
You provide copy and images. Templates help you compile everything quickly so the project does not stall.
3. Draft for review
A draft that communicates your positioning clearly and guides visitors to the next step. Two feedback rounds are included.
4. Build
I implement the site with strong performance, clean structure, solid usability, and clear user flow.
5. Final polish and launch
Final adjustments to layout and content, then launch. Everything is set up so ongoing updates are straightforward.
6. Ongoing care
Updates, monitoring, and small changes on request. Critical issues are handled with priority.

Your website is taking up too much of your time.

Let’s talk: 30 minutes, clear next steps, and no sales pitch. I’ll explain what I take care of and what you need to provide.
